Press Release Summary: The second largest community college in the State of Florida
will use WrapMail to provide person-to-person email marketing software.

Press Release Body: FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - May 15, 2008 - WrapMail announces today
that it has entered into an agreement with Broward Community College. BCC is an
urban higher education institution serving a diverse population of more than 55,000
students annually, and is the second largest community college in the State of
Florida. WrapMail will provide person-to-person email marketing software to the
college. WrapMail's technology will enable BCC to "wrap" every outgoing email from
every faculty and staff member with an interactive letterhead that consists of
images and links. These links, when clicked, will take recipients to specific
sections of the school's web site. According to WrapMail's data, usage of their
software should increase web site traffic by roughly 10%.

Terms of the agreement call for WrapMail to create a number of custom designed wraps
that will promote different degree programs, foundation news, BCC branded
merchandise and upcoming events. Broward Community College President David
Armstrong states, "WrapMail will enable us to communicate our broad message and all
the many things Broward Community College has to offer to a large group of people
much more effectively and efficiently than any other electronic media solution out
there."

\"This agreement will give us an opportunity to quickly implement such an innovative
product and verify that it is a good fit for our institution based on documented
results. The server-based implementation will use a collaborative approach (WrapMail
and BCC) which does not require any desktop client installation, and that fits well
with our technology direction," said Patti Barney, BCC Vice President of Information
Technology.

"Any company with a website and employees who send emails are a perfect fit for
WrapMail. These emails get sent every day anyway, why not use them to brand the
organization, drive recipients to the online store (website) and get research date
as far as who is going where and when" says Founder and CEO of WrapMail; Rolv E.
Heggenhougen. "We're very proud to have this agreement with BCC as we see this as a
stepping stone into making every employee, and potentially every student, of
educational institutions into marketers for their respective schools" he adds.
